I will have a spare bedroom at my house available at the end of October and am looking for a housemate. The house is located in Forest Street right in town not even a 2 minute walk to the CBD. Rent is 130$ a week plus bills.I am a 20 year old female who works 6-4 everyday. The house would be perfect for uni students or any other young people wanting to be close to town.
