I have 1 bedroom available in the cbd of bendigo. I share with 2 girls but will be moving out to live with my boyfriend and am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease. The room is $80 a week all bills are divided by 3. The house is right in town it takes me 3 minutes to walk to the bendigo marketplace. There is off street parking. The room is a bit small but has heaps of cupboard space.
