Hello my partner and I have 1 room for rent in A large new house. We have a dog.The house is close to shops schools and parks and bus stop. 17min drive to CBD. Quick drive to Laverton or hoppers crossing train station and close to freeway entrance. The house is furnished but you will need your own bed as room is empty. The room has built-ins and windows and TV points. House has two bathrooms two toilets 4 bedrooms two living areas office and a large outdoor undercover area. We are very easy going and all we ask is for people to respect the house and its belongings. House is near Williams Landing West Laverton Hoppers Crossing. 1min Car ride to supermarkets Post office Bank petrol servos takeaway shops VideoEzy ect2min walk to Bus stop to Laverton Train Station (Zone-1).
