Hi everyone Im just after someone to share my house which is available to move in to now.The house is fully furnished with 3 spacious rooms and garage. The house is very well located in front of park lands with a great jogging track.Its only a short drive to Hoppers Crossing train station or Laverton station shopping centers and a 25 minute drive to the city.I work in the aviation industry and am not home for a lot of the time.Im just after someone easy going friendly and responsible that works or studies and that can pay rent on time.Im only after $150 including utility bills.Call me anytime if you have any questions or want to inspect.Thanks.
