I have a place in Tarneit, which is 30kms west of the city, that has foxtel, broadband internet, a theatre and billiard room not to mention a spa and a swimming pool outside. The house is two story and has heaps of space.
The house also has reverse cycle heating and refrigerated cooling, for those that like to keep company indoors.
The house is at the end of a court, so the house and street is trouble free of street traffic, and is very quiet.
All the amenities you would – dryer, washing machine, ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, build in robes, anything you can think of we most likely have.
Lastly but not least every room is fully loaded with a Plasma TV, a DVD player AND a computerized media centre that gives you access to thousands of movies and TV shows – FREE, no download, all legal and all available for you to watch!!.

What else could you want? – Room service??? – sorry we dont have that, you will need to walk to the fridge yourself :).
