Female has 1 spacious room available in a 3 bedroom house.House is located right next to bus stop which is a short trip to either Newport or Yarraville train stations.House is located 10 minutes from the city. huge backyard with bbq and shed.Rent is total with 3 people living in the house. If only 1 person moves in rent is a bit higher. Foxtel is located in the lounge room and also wireless broadband (ADSL+2) which is accessible throughout the entire house.I am an easy going single female who likes going out and having fun but i also like staying home and vegging and I dont like drama.
