I have two decent sized rooms to rent in a three bedroom townhouse here in leafy Seddon. The house is easy walking distance to the train station (10 minutes to Southern Cross) the vibrant strips of Charles and Victoria streets and a stones throw to nearby Footscray and Yarraville suburbs. All the usual mod cons are in place (internet fridge etc) and the rooms are only part furnished. Living here presently are my 3 year old maltese shitsu hound and myself; a 33 year old englishman working full time in the city. Ideally I am seeking dog lovers females or couples aged between mid 20s and early 30s just decent warm financially reliable people eager to be part of a home not just a shared living space. I am very easy going whereas Oscar the hound is young and enthusiastic. There may well be an opportunity to home another small dog here but I wont know more on that score until the following week or so. Definite preference given to dog whisperer types… Rent for a single 507 PCM or 700 PCM for a couple. (bills are not included). Please send word outlining who you are and we can take it from there.
