I am looking for a professionally employed easy going respectable neat and tidy housemate to share a new apartment in Maidstone.Benefits of this apartment:– 8kms to the CBD- 5 minutes from Genesis Fitness- 10 minute walk to Highpoint S/C- 15 minute walk to tram to CBD- good sized bedroom; and- modern apartmentI have a 2 year old cat living with me at the moment (minding it for a family member) the cat is very placid and might come up to you for a cuddle here and there. The cat is toilet trained.I frequently am not at the apartment as I am in a long term relationship and spend a lot of my time with my girlfriend. I am after someone respectable who will take care of my belongings cleans up after themselves and pay the rent and bills on time.Utilities (water gas and electricity) are on top of rent but are relatively cheap.You will be obligated to sign a rental agreement with certain conditions and be willing to provide me with references or proof of ability to pay the rent on time.
