Hi all I have a room to rent in a furnished house in Caroline Springs. Its an furnished room that just needs a mattress (queen).The house also has a study open plan living/dining/kitchen and a paved outdoor court yard with a bbq and outdoor dining set. There is internet with Wifi heating and AC. Its just me and my dog. He is a 5 year old great dane. He sleeps and spend his evening inside. Hes a real gentle giant.Im a 29 year old female and I work fulltime.Pets are welcome as long as they get along with my dog. The rent is $150 a week including bills (gas electricity and internet).
