To share with just myself in a new two storey town house. I`m a pretty relaxed and carefree type of dude that doesn`t sweat the small stuff and Im pretty busy most of the time. The house has all modern gear, the room is average in size, not huge but comfortable with good closet space and you can choose from either furnished or unfurnished`. I`m 15 minites to the CBD by car and buses but not rail.
