About us –Were just a bunch of normal people who get along well we enjoy a good chat every now and then but we also all understand that we need our own space. Located in a newly built area in Braybrook – All new houses around here.The room can be partially furnished with mattresses/beds bedside tables desk. There is a wardrobe in the room.Shared bathroom large living area kitchen and dining area.Parking is available on the property.Bills are split between tenants.Approximately 20 minutes walk to Tottenham Station.Approximately 5 minutes walk to 216/219 Bus lines.Approximately 15-20 minutes drive to the CBD (NON Peak hour on a good run)Takes me approximately 30 minutes to ride from here to Docklands on a bicycle.Close to Highpoint Shopping Centre.Under five minute drive to shops.Bond is required and a months rent in advance.
