Hi there iam a 30year old Irish lad looking for someone who is very clean and tidy to rent a room in a 3 bedroom town house. Am very active and get up at 5am every morning and hit the gym. I Am living here by myself and just need help paying the rest of the rent as my last room mate moved out!! There is a brand new bed with built in wardrobes and parking out the front!!
