Hi, the names WILL…

I live in a 3 year old New Fully furnished 4 bedroom house, double garage and an open floor plan which is a 10 min drive to the station and shops with a milk bar, day care center and a school which is a 5 min walk from the house.

I have 2 bedrooms with robes available, a separate toilet and bathroom for $150.00 + Bills.

The type of tenants I’m looking for are FULL TIME EMPLOYED/PROFESSIONALS, or Uni students that works, respects the space they are living in, loves there peace and quiet, easy to get along with, enjoys a glass or two or even dinner most of the week.

Don’t really mind what GENDER you are, I also cook most of the week for dinner, I love animals “DOGS” but allergic with Cat hair… So sorry in advance…

“NO PARTY ANIMALS” please for which I have a very hectic life style, I want to be able to kick back relax and enjoy your company after a hard long stressful day at work. Except weekends… LOL!!!
