We are looking for a housemate to share our modern home in Pakenham. We are in our early-mid 20′s (2 females and 1 male) and all work and study.

Prefferably we would like someone who is quiet, friendly, works and has no pets (however pets may be negotiable).

Our home has 2 living areas, one with a dining area and kitchen. It also has a spacious main bathroom (shared between you and two others).

The room for rent is a large room (fits a queen size bed) with a built in robe. Price is $150 per week + gas, water, broadband and electricity.
