Hi my name is Laura and I own (or the bank does) a three bedroom house in Pakenham, within the Edenbrook Estate. The house is a year old, modern, light and fresh.
I have two bedrooms to rent, and they share a bathroom.
I have my own room and ensuite, so the renters will be able to share the bathroom amongst themselves.
I have two dogs. One big one, Bruce and one little one, Murfie.
I’m a school principal so I work long hours and I’m not home that much.
The rooms are empty so you will need to provide your own furniture but everything else is covered. I have lounge, kitchen stuff etc. happy for you to use my washing machine etc.
I’m asking $600 per month per room, as this is what the previous tenant paid.
We will then share bills. Including Internet which will be $30 each a month.
