Student or young professional. The apartment is 2 spacious bedrooms with each room having its separate bath and toilet. The dining room/living room area has windows all along the back wall with great light and lots of space. Kitchen has stove/oven microwave toaster coffee maker and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room in the apartment and there is a gym and hottub. Its right on the transit route making it easy to get anywhere in town. I love the location of this apartment and frequently go out for dinner or drinks as its so close in nearby restaurants and the Market.
