Door from this room leads to a small hall from which can be accessed two single bedroom with queen size beds a toilet and a separate bathroom/shower. All bedlinen blankets towels available.One room is let to a 23 year old girl who is student and also works.Double doors lead from kitchen to a large rear room which has one wall with built in book cases (and books) could be used as reading room computer room etc (wireless broadband available free) Driveway can accommodate three cars with a bit of care and everyone will have unimpeded entry and exit.You will need to be dog friendly as two beagle/cavalier dogs (brother and sister) also live here and they are very friendly. Bus stop two mins away rail station about 15 mins on bus. Access to the Monash Fwy about a km away and Eastlink is also handy. Please do feel free to call any time. Rgds Brian
