Modern house on main dual carriage road. My rooms at front of house the other two rooms are quite private at the rear with bathroom and toilet. House is fully and comfortably furnished, all crockery, cutlery bedlinen and blankets and cooking utensiles. Parking for three cars. Two large flat screen tv’s available.
Both rooms rented by females
The house is well sited for access to rail or freeways but you would really need a car to make it easy.
Being dog friendly would be helpful as two dogs also live here. They are beagle/cavalier cross and very friendly.
