Three bedroom house on main road. Occupants are owner plus one room let to female so one room to let to another female. The two rooms are at the rear of the house and off a small hall accessed from the kitchen/family room. A bathroom and toilet also open off this hall so its quite private. The house is comfortably furnished and has large screen tvs in main rooms one with bluray. A room at the rear of the house is used for study I am a mature age doctoral student) and has wireless internet but would also serve as a reading room. Lounge and study rooms have wooden floors other floors are tiled but bedrooms are carpeted.Two medium size very friendly young dogs also live here. (Beagle/Cav cross brother and sister).
