Hello possible future housemate! I am a quiet full time student and i own my own tuition buisness. Monthly rent would only be $400 per month, each. Utilities would be roughly $100- 150 per quarter. There is a fully furnished bedroom available with a built in wardrobe and a carport round the back of the property to safely park two cars. A full kitchen, bathroom and loungeroom are all fully furnished and avbailable for use. I know it sounds too good to be true, but there it is.
