Housemates Wanted to share with Female Teacher: Cranbourne Location.Rent $160 pw; Bond $700; Bills additional.This newly built 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished home is located within 5 mins of Cranbournes main street shops and a 3 minute walk to the bus-stop. There are 2 medium sized bedrooms available; one can be partly furnished with a desk and bookcase the other is unfurnished. Both rooms have carpet built-in robes curtains and ducted heating.I am looking for 2 house mates who are fun to be around and enjoy living in a relaxed environment able to commit to a 12 month lease. Ideally within my age group (20 35yrs) who are non-smokers.I prefer the main areas of the house to be tidy so that everyone feels comfortable using the spaces you will be responsible for tidying up after yourself in the kitchen and ensuring your room is looked after. I dont mind you entertaining guests (provided they are quiet after midnight during school weeks). Interview and references required.
