Hi our house is a large open spacious clean and tidy new dwelling only 2 yrs old .We have 1 small room for rent with built in robe double or single bed provided if needed .The laundry has large clothes washer and dryer kitchen all new Oven and gas cook top microwave and small oven and coffee machine.Ducted heating throughout and air conditioning in living area. Smoking in barrec. room and outside eating area is allowed .Internet is available and some storage in garage parking available off and on street we are also close to station and bus routes.We have small yard 17x8m with separate entry to house if needed we have a smallmedium female dog 1.5yrs old very friendly that sleeps inside house.We are both workers my children visit every 2 weeks and i have a girlfriend who spends time here other part owner is single we like to listen to music especially fridaysat nights and enjoy a laugh and a social drink we are very easy going guys very laid back and friendly attitude .We are looking for a female flatmate only who is neat clean and tidy and respectful of other housemates and easy going who is easy to get along with.will upload photos soon
