Hello I have a 3 bedroom brick veneer house to share. There is only my brother living in the house right now I may be moving back into the house at a later date. My brother is a friendly chilled out person who dose enjoy to socialize and also keeps to himself. As for me Im a relaxed full time working tradesmen in his 30s occasionally likes to party but by no means is this a party house. I would like someone who will treat the house and feel that it is their home. Its a modern house only 6 years old central heating and split system air conditioning. The house has one bathroom and a lovely modern kitchen with dishwasher with all modern features. The laundry has a clothes washer and dryer as well as a clothes line outside. Situated in a quiet part of Cranbourne. The house itself is fully furnished except the bedroom that is available.
