ADSL2 internet is also included. Share with 2 friendly and easy going single male professionals both in late 20s. Room is $150 a week (including all bills) and is available as of 22 July 2010. Rent is paid monthly in advance and four weeks bond is requested on approval of rental application and this will be lodged with the RTA.
