I have a single bedroom for rent located in a cosy house situated in a quiet leafy court in Berwick. The house is only 9 years old and features a modern design. It has a well kept back yard and side garden as well as a concreted and shelted outdoor area.It is located just around the corner from Eden Rise Shopping Centre (the main scentre in the area) as well as being in very close proximity to numerous restaurants and fast food outlets as well as a doctors surgery chemist etc. There is also a local bakery gym IGA and more merely a few minutes walk down the road. The house is also in very close driving distance to Monash University Chisholm Tafe and Berwick Railway Station. These are also close enough to be in walking distance as well.THE ROOM IS FURNISHED WITH: QUEEN SIZE BED CHEST OF DRAWERS DESK and LAMP TABLE.(You dont have to have any of these items if you have your own) ABOUT MYSELF:I am an easy going guy friendly and sociable. I work full time Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm. I have two small children but they dont live with me. I am currently living by myself but would like to find someone to share.WHO I AM LOOKING FOR:I am looking for someone that will be easy to get along with that is friendly and sociable (like myself). As long as you can clean up after yourself and dont plan on having a house party every week then Im not too fussed!
