Hello!We are looking for someone to share our large home in central Berwick.Available 14th November 2011.The room available is medium sized.Electricity gas and water are included in your rent.The room is furnished with queen size bed and side table with carpet and built in cupboard space ducted heating and quality fittings.Although it is not imperative that you use our furniture if you have your own that is fine too.We would only consider a full time employed person that is considerate fairly quiet and mature.We are fairly quiet and very busy people and would only be interested in letting the room out to someone similar.The house is located in Olde Berwick close proximity to train station parks shopping precinct and freeway.Two weeks security bond is required and always two weeks in advance.We look forward to hearing from you if this sounds what you are looking for:-)
