Mother and daughter aged 43 and 13 have two large bedrooms available for rent in 5 bedroom house. One bedroom furnished. Newly renovated. Three living areas 3 bathrooms and toilets. Close to station uni and tafe. We have two dogs chickens and two Guinea Pigs. We are both currently students and enjoy a quiet peaceful life.
