We have a front-of-the-house master bedroom with private ensuite for lease to a university student. There is a possiblility of a second sitting area – at extra cost. Use of kitchen by Student to prepare own meals. Water Electric Gas for normal and reasonable use by one student and to support a standard single student room included. Internet and Cable at own expense. The main area of the house is gated seperately from the student area thus ensuring private quiet time away from children and pets.The house is a non-smoking facility. It is a family environment.We are located within a couple of Ks of Monash University. First and last months rent plus security. 30 days written notice of change by either party.
