We have a bedroom available in a 4BR home Berwick Sth, suitable for female to share with 41 & 39yo couple. The home is in a prime position, surrounded by lakes and parklands, Eden Rise Shopping Centre, restaurants and with public transport almost at the door. The Monash Freeway & Fountain Gate Shopping Centre are also a short drive away.

The house has a modern open-plan kitchen/meals area/family room, separate lounge, small pergola and plenty of room for car parking.

There is a bathroom with good sized shower and bath and plenty of bench & cupboard space, also a separate toilet and powder room.

The room has a double-width wardrobes with mirrored sliding doors, lots of hanging space and a built-in 4-drawer / 4-shelf storage unit. It measures 3.15m x 2.75m in size and will easily accomodate a QS bed and some small furniture items. The house also has ducted heating and cooling for maximum year-round comfort. Room is at the back of the house so privacy is assured.

The room has its’ own phone point, and the house is covered by wireless internet access with considerable monthly data allowance.

1x single bed and bedside drawers are available if needed.

Rent share is $140 per week (payable weekly or fortnightly in advance) plus relevant share of expenses. $500 BOND AND REFERENCES ARE ESSENTIAL.

You must be a non-smoker, and pets are not permitted as this is a rental property (caged birds may be excepted).
