How is this different for you as a prospective tenant?

Following the digital inspection, all tenants will be invited to submit an application.
Once you have submitted an application and this is assessed, a private inspection may be arranged with a maximum of 2 people in attendance.

A digital inspection will be a virtual tour’ of the property. This may be in a variety of technology formats but will enable you to view the property digitally.
