I am a friendly 24 year old male looking for 1 long term roommate. I work full time, love to go out and socialise, go to track days but also like to have quite afternoons having a few beers at home

The house is located in Watsonia. Train station is a 5 ?” 10 minute walk, buses even closer. Greensborough plaza is a 5 min drive. Latrobe and Nmit uni 5 – 10 minute drive.

There is a covered deck out the front and uncovered in the back yard. Ducted heating throughout and a a/c. Plenty of off street parking and one spot under cover.

A cleaner will be coming to house once a fortnight and cable internet is available, no extra charge to you for either service.

I have laundry, kitchen, lounge and outside furnished and happy to share.

Only catch is, I have a toilet trained, small and VERY friendly dog which comes in the house.
