The room is decent with a built in robe . Our utilities are fairly standard never too high or unaffordable. We have a big back yard area and like to sit outside most nights although coming into winter not so much.
The house has ducted heating in all rooms . Everything is furnished bar the room available if you would like to add to our decor then go nuts .
