It is a 2 story house fully furnished except you will need a bed of your own. There are 3 main living areas a dining room study plus the 5 bedrooms. Bills are only about $50 extra a month so very cheap living. Both rooms are carpeted and have built in wardrobes. If you have any questions feel free to call me.
