A room has become available in a recently renovated spacious and friendly household. We are looking to fill this room asap for a minimum of a 6 month stay as one housemate is leaving.The room comfortably fits a double bed with the luxury of afternoon sun. The house currently consists of one female teacher and a male musician (both of which are extremely easy going) two friendly cats and one entertaining dog named Bear.Bond for the property is $560 and ideally needs to be paid before moving in. I am willing to be somewhat flexible with this.Bills and internet are shared at a very reasonable cost.Animal friendly household with the preference of non-smokers.Fantastic new kitchen and bathroom.If interested please do not hesitate to contact me via phone or text to arrange any inspections or ask further questions.
