A fantastic spacious and comfortable room has become available in a welcoming easy going share house.The room comfortably fits a double bed and has the luxury of the afternoon sun. Roll down blinds are also attached to ensure the room does not overheat in summer.The house itself consists of a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom a sunroom large lounge and floorboards and tiles throughout. The house will be shared with a friendly male musician and female secondary teacher both of which are extremely friendly and easy going.Its an animal friendly household with 2 calm cats and one entertaining dog named Bear.All bills are split evenly at a small but affordable cost. This includes WiFi. Bond for this property is $565 and ideally needs to be paid before moving in. Given I am moving out and will be requiring the bond in cash I am willing to be flexible in the time taken to pay. Non smokers preferred.This room needs to be filled ASAP.
