Hi I have 2 bedrooms available for rent in a 4 bedroom home I live on my own a 28yo male. Pretty easy going like a few drinks and not a clean freak but like a clean and tidy house and respect for privacy. There’s 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets I have my own. 1 room has carpet and builtin robes other has floor boards and is a little bit larger. Both unfurnished. Located in tullamarine 5mins from melbourne airport, Airportwest Westfield which has a tram to the city there is also a bus stop 50meters from home. All major freeways very close. Foxtel, wifi, ducted heating and cooling off street parking can maybe arrange driveway parking. Must love dogs as I have 2 furry friends whom are very friendly and love company. Rent is $150per week.
