This is a nice house on a quiet street situated close to the 86 tram. Its an easy trip to La Trobe Uni and RMIT. The room is large and unfurnished with an ensuite and built in cupboards.The house has some nice outdoor areas with a garden and mod cons such as dishwasher wireless internet and internal heating but no Foxtel. The house is quite nice although the carpets are old and worn.Im a pretty relaxed 40 year old professional and reasonably tidy. I have a cat as well and my young son will occasionally come over.
