I have a room available in 3 bedroom house located near Northland shopping centre. The rent is AUD170/w (AUD738/m) including utilities and internet (not including phone bill). The room can be furnished with bed, study table, book case if necessary. I am looking for a house mate which is clean and tidy. Non-smoker and no pets only.

About locaiton:
- quiet area
- 10-15 mins walk to Tram 86 and Summerhill shopping centre
- 10 mins cycling to La Trobe university
- 5-10 mins walk to Northland shopping centre
- Less than 1 min walk to Bus stop Route 567 which can bring you down to Fairfield, Northcote or Regent train station
