Not currently furnished but if needed something could be arranged.Unit is brand-new with open-plan kitchen and loungeroom shared bathroom tiled yard and electric roller-door lockup garage (which I have turned into a storage area/painting studio). The unit is equipt with gas stove and oven microwave washing machine and air conditioner. The only thing you need to bring is your own fridge or else talk to my landlord about using her spare one.Its the back unit on a block of 4 so its really quiet; 5min walking distance to Ruthven train station and 4km from LaTrobe Uni (Bundoora) also close to RMIT (Bundoora) and Northland Shopping Center.Sharing with 23yo female about to start PhD at LaTrobe and my 6yo indoor cat (housetrained and very friendly). I tend to be a very quiet housemate occasionally like to have a couple of friends over and have nothing against a housemate doing the same.Pets considered if they are outdoor or get along with a cat.
