We are two professional females seeking a new house mate in Preston. We are close to regent station and the house is a 3 bedroom (beautiful) Californian bungalow. We are looking for a MALE house mate to create some balance amongst the oestrogen.

A room has become recently available within our nest which we are seeking to fill. (No students need apply please).

We are two young women who are career orientated so would appreciate someone of the same caliber. Although we work very hard, we enjoy cooking dinner regularly and recreational beverages aka a few wines her or there.

We are looking for a housemate who likes to socialise and is CLEAN!!! Someone who enjoys to cook, loves a drink and has a social life but is not a party animal (definately not someone who is home all the time!!! (Also must be dog friendly)
