Available is a decent sized bedroom located in a modern two storey townhouse in Reservoir. The room is equipped with a good sized wardrobe and air conditioning.
It is walking distance to reservoir station (zone 1), bus services and local shopping area. On street parking available.

This house is beautifully situated across the road from Edwards Lake Park which has BBQ areas and bike tracks. This area is quiet and safe.

Current occupants of the house are two males in their 20′s both studying full time and working. I am from Colombia and have lived at this address for two years, I am reliable, extremely organised and cleanliness is important to me.
The other person living in the house is from India who moved in 6 months ago.

As shown in the photos the house is fully furnished including fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utilities, couches and air conditioning throughout the house. Internet access included.

We are looking for a reliable, respectful and organised person to share this lovely home with us. Although this is a share house we respect each other’s privacy. Visitors are welcome however parties are not permitted. Long term preferred.
