The house is located in zone 1, 30 mins from the city within walking distance to Reservoir Train station, bus/tram stops, local shops and supermarkets with La Trobe University and Northlands Shopping Centre not far away.

I live quite a busy life and do a variety of different things personally, professionally and academically so there are no strict rules about the house, if you want to have friends around as I do from time to time that’s cool just not every night. Would like someone who wants to be part of the house not just a mouse hiding in their room all of the time. Someone experienced at living in share houses.
