12 month old Townhouse. 1 room available to share with 2 guys pretty much have a free run of the house. We are generally pretty busy with work and sport so not home that much. Courtyard large bedroom and build in robes. Located in a quiet street 5 min walk to the Pascoe vale train station. 7 minute drive into the city. We are both happy people very easy to live with have respect for others in the house
