Quiet upstairs flat across the road from a park close to high st westgarth station. Bus stops at front door. Phone internet foxtel included. Big kitchen and lounge with AC nice bathroom personal laundry and weekly cleaned toilet. Spare room for storage and plenty of high cupboards. Double bed supplied if needed. I like to listen to music and play keyboards and sometimes use the lounge as a dance floor apart from that that its just me here hence it is fairly tame.
