I have a large room available in a lovely light and airy house in Macleod. It has a beautiful garden with a large backyard includes a separate toilet washing machine and is fully furnished – TV/DVD couch kitchen utensils microwave etc (the vacant bedroom includes a wardrobe only). The house is about a 10 minute walk to Macleod shops (which includes an awesome pizza shop!) train station and YMCA gym. It is close to La Trobe Uni and the Austin with walking and bike trails nearby.Bills include: wireless broadband (up to 120GB) unlimited standard local and national calls electricity gas and water.About me…… I am very friendly and easy-going I enjoy a peaceful and clean environment yet still enjoy playing music and having friends over occasionally. I also have 2 beautiful cats who are house-trained and spend time both outside and inside. I work full-time in the field of education and will also be commencing post-grad studies in March. What Im looking for…….Someone with share-house experience and who has respect for others (i.e. knows how to pay rent on time and cleans up after self). I would like someone who is easy-going friendly and who doesnt mind cats – of course! Ideally you will be working or studying full-time.
