Hi I am a 20 year old female looking for a housemate as my previous housemate just moved out I need someone to move in asap. The house is fully furnished except for the available bedroom which is on the first floor of the apartment. The bedroom includes its own ensuite and walk through robe both are quite spacious! All utilities re available to share which included already existing furniture eg fridge couches tv washing machine Internet. There is also a dishwasher! All bills will be split even. As the apartment is in an apartment village there is community parking available. Across the road is everything you could ask for! Including supermarket post office multiple fast food restaurants also next door to a Thai restaurant and down the road from the lower plenty pub! Im am a very quiet housemate and very easy going! I dont mind if you are male or female preferably between the ages of 18-35.
