I am looking at renting out a room in a new townhouse to a female aged between 18 – 26 (well equipped home). I am nervous about this arrangement as I havent done this before. I dont like alcohol kept on the premises and dont allow drinking or smoking in the house so only make contact if you can accept this arrangement. Due to the property being new I do have some strict rules so I do apologize for not being flexible on some matters such as no alcohol or drugs permitted and no friends or strangers allowed inside the property. Despite the rules I am very easy going and very down to earth so race or religion is not an issue.The property is situated 5 metres from the bus stop which can take you direct to the Glenroy Train Station approx 3-5 min driving distance. Local Shops are approx 200 metres etc… The house has refrigerated air-conditioining unit as well as heating 3 toilets internet laundry with washing machine and more…….All the above is included in the monthly fee. (Price can be negotiated).The room has a built in robe and a queen size bed relatively new. There is some further work to be done around the home and garden so please keep that in mind.
