I am Looking for someone to take over the lease in a newly built 3 bedroom house.
You will be living with two other females.
Bills are split three ways and rent is $150 a week.

Supermarket is two streets over. And 2km to sydney road.

House is already furnished ( washing machine, fridge).

Prefferably looking for someone who has shared houses before.

No pets sorry.
