Hello there!My name is Coby and i am a 25 year old female. I live with James a 25 year old male. We live on the edge of Kensington and Footscray and our apartment is riverfront on the Maribyrnong river (beautiful views) just off Dynon Road (which is Spencer Street). The room is small ish but still fits a full queen size bed and normal size work desk. The apartment is brand new (we moved in one year ago) and you will share one bathroom with James. I have a separate bathroom. Less than ten mins walk to the train station and only two stops to Flinders Street Station. The living area is lovely and big and the house is fully furnished with dishwasher washer dryer air-con BBQ on the big balcony and fold out couches for guest…everything! We split the bills in thirds. There is a gym lap pool and sauna. We want someone who is friendly but independent tidy clean and happy. We do not have wireless internet available. NON SMOKERS ONLY PLEASE! No pets. $780 per month..
