Hello There!!I have two medium size rooms available for rent in my fully furnished three bedroom apartment. One is available fully furnished with a queen size ensemble-mattress and base two bed side tables and a full length mirror (all matching). A Gym Pool and Sauna is included in the brand new and very secure apartment complex.The apartment itself is a three bedroom 2 bathroom. At the moment there is one 25 year old female in the main master bedroom with ensuite so the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The current housemate is a professional full time teacher very friendly independent but social as well. The home is fully furnished with entertainment unit and plasma TV fridge brand new appliances such as dishwasher stove and oven. The apartment is only one year old so everything is still brand new. Kitchen table fully equipped kitchen clothes washing machine couches BBQ and outdoor furniture on the huge balcony area. I am looking for someone who is responsible full time job willing to sign a 6 month or 12 month lease and not interested in late night partying. NO PETS OR SMOKERS.The location is amazing- riverfront apartment with city skyline views. Only 5 mins drive to the city and 8 mins walk to Footscray train station which is two stops to Flinders Street.The rent is a monthly payment and bills are not included.
